“The power of Suriname” museum tours for tweens
Sponsored day trips for 250 young people aged 10 to 16 to the Sranan Krakti exhibition at Villa Zapakara, with a Forest93 team quiz about Suriname's nature.

Forest93 sponsored day trips to the Villa Zapakara Museum in Paramaribo for 250 tweens, aged 10 to 16, from community organisations whose members would normally not visit the museum.
The museum’s Sranan Krakti exhibition (“Suriname Power”) highlights the power of the country’s cultural diversity, the healing powers of its nature and the history Surinamese share. For the tweens, Forest93 added a team quiz battle to test their knowledge of Suriname’s nature.
The tours were paused because of COVID-19 and restarted on 28 May 2020.
